WOW Quest Guide: “Follow the quest giver through the caves. Clearing a path to the outside beforehand helps a lot.
There are only two areas of real mention, where 3-4 Furlbogs spawn (lvl 22-24). The trick is to let Ruul gain agro, then either SOE/Kill them one by one.
Eventually Ruul with stop and you will be told you have completed the quest. Head West from there to Splinter tree post (74 60) where you can talk to Yama Snowhoof to finish the quest”,
